How Fulfillment Works

Crown & Covenant Apparel LLC operates on a print-on-demand model through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Every order is made specifically for you — printed and dispatched from the fulfillment center closest to your location, which helps reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

Because your item is created after your order is placed, we do not ship from a single warehouse. Fulfillment locations include facilities across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and Brazil, depending on your shipping destination.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once in production, Printful's fulfillment time averages 2–5 business days across all product categories, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and other made-to-order physical products. This window covers printing, quality checks, and packaging before handoff to the carrier.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to printing, production, or shipping times. Delivery instructions are provided after purchase.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST on business days are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be queued and processed on the next available business day. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

International

  • Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination country, customs processing, and the fulfillment facility your order ships from. Please allow additional time during peak periods.

Please note: Express Shipping is available for domestic (United States) orders only. International orders are fulfilled via Standard Shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: From $4.75

Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered, destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Express Shipping: $8.99

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150 within the United States. Express shipping charges apply to all orders regardless of order value.

For domestic orders below $150, standard shipping rates start at $4.75 and may vary by product type, weight, and destination. The exact rate is calculated automatically at checkout before payment is collected.

Countries We Ship To

We ship within the United States and to many international destinations supported by our fulfillment partner, Printful, subject to carrier availability and local shipping restrictions.

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
  • Venezuela
  • Crimea Region (Ukraine)
  • Donetsk People's Republic
  • Luhansk People's Republic
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by reaching out to our customer support team.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at contact@crowncovenantapparel.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once production has started — typically within 1–2 business days — address changes are no longer possible, and your order will ship to the original address provided at checkout.

Holiday & Peak Period Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected during holidays, peak sales seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas), periods of severe weather, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

While we do our best to maintain standard timelines, we appreciate your patience during these periods. We recommend placing orders in advance for time-sensitive occasions.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your location and selected shipping option, your order may be dispatched via FedEx, DHL, USPS, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts. The carrier is determined by Printful based on the fulfillment center handling your order.

Shipment Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to investigate the delay and keep you updated.

Lost Shipments

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Where a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If the replacement is not a suitable resolution, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. A full photo of the damaged item is required before we can assess the issue and offer a resolution. Once we review your report, we will follow up with the next steps. Where damage is confirmed, we will cover the cost of a reprint and reshipping.

Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Orders

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will notify you by email within 30 days. If we do not receive a response within this period, the order may no longer be eligible for reshipment or replacement. You will have the opportunity to confirm a corrected address for reshipping. Please note that re-shipping fees apply and are calculated based on your destination and selected shipping method.
