Crown & Covenant Apparel is a brand operated by Crown & Covenant Apparel LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Texas, United States. Our registered business address is 2701 Little Elm Pkwy #761, Little Elm, TX 75068, United States.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have parental or guardian consent to make a purchase. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
3. Products
All apparel and physical products sold through Crown & Covenant Apparel LLC are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations due to the made-to-order production process, in color, print placement, or sizing, are possible and do not constitute defects.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free. If you receive an item that significantly differs from what was described, please contact our support team at contact@crowncovenantapparel.com within 30 days of delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the price charged for that transaction. Taxes and shipping costs are disclosed before payment is collected.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and all other major credit and debit cards.
Digital Wallets: PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
Taxes are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable tax laws.
5. Order Processing and Cancellations
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Customers may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing their order.
Please note: Approval of cancellation requests is subject to the order not having entered production.
Once an order has been sent to production or fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, as each product is created specifically for the customer. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@crowncovenantapparel.com with your order number.
6. Shipping
Shipping timelines, rates, and carrier information are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described therein.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund terms are outlined in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Returns are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or discount codes. The following terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
- Each code is valid for one use per customer.
- Some promotions require a minimum order value.
- Promotions may have expiration dates and will not be honoured once expired.
- We reserve the right to withdraw unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All original content on this website, including our branding, logos, original designs, graphics, text, digital downloads, and website content, is the property of Crown & Covenant Apparel LLC or is used under appropriate license and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 10. Digital Products
From time to time, Crown & Covenant Apparel LLC may offer digital products, including downloadable guides, resources, or educational materials.
Upon purchase, digital products are delivered electronically through a download link, email delivery, or another method specified at the time of purchase.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, modify, publish, or otherwise exploit any digital product without our prior written consent.
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining access.
